That is, we live in a consumer society and is that we are not trained in the use , that computing only teach us the technical aspects, and we were not taught options or possibilities, or we are taught to know how to choose . 3 .- When
the direction the market is marked by a clientele sufficiently formed, the logical and obvious is that degrades market. This is a first order problem in our society, and the solution is called Education.
4 .- We know what we know, but very few people who do not know what they do not know. As far as ICT is concerned, many seem to think there is much to learn . Go!
